It is mainly used for conveying grain food, oil food, feed and other grainy and powdery stuff. However, it is not suitable for conveying the corrosive, cohesive and caking materials containing large impurities, or the materials with rough cover, such as, rough rice, or the breakable materials, such as, rice.
TLSS Series Level Screw Conveyor conveys the materials via the spinning of the rotator, which also has the function of mixing and stirring in the conveying process. The level conveying length should not be longer than 50 m, and the gradient conveying (not more than 20°) length should not be longer than 30 m.
